Processes, you fool!

The way we are organized impacts our results. Keeping processes effective requires application of a continuous improvement pattern – otherwise processes decline in their competitiveness, if not in a short, than surly in long term. Key to improvement mindset is to understand two moments in time, namely current and target snapshots. What is important is that those conditions are not defined by the results they produce, but rather by how the process should operate to be closer to the vision. Between ‘now’ and ‘then’ is an unclear territory, a path full of obstacles and difficulties. This is where you need to show courage, self-esteem and also be experimental to creatively find ways towards your new target modus operandi. What is the best way to start? The first step is to actually start and figure it out…and we start now.
