Adam Stawiarski

I am an experienced project manager and agile coach with a focus on DevOps and agile transformations. Throughout my career, I have successfully led multiple projects and implemented transformative initiatives in various industries. I have worked with renowned companies, including one of major German pharmaceutical companies and few leading European banks. My expertise lies in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing methodologies, and experience in building organizational transformations. I have a strong background in agile methodologies, particularly in the SAFe framework, and have facilitated numerous PI Plannings and value stream mapping workshops. With a solid foundation in business analysis, I have been involved in building funnels for analyzing requirements and driving the development of new products and services. I bring a wealth of experience in project management, coaching, and facilitating organizational transformations.

  • My experience in running projects
As an Agile coach, I focus on creating an environment that fosters team growth and collaboration. I believe in the value of Agile principles, such as continuous improvement and accountability. My goal is to help teams and organizations reach their full potential by providing practical knowledge, support, and promoting a learning culture.
  • What kind of Trainer am I?
I have extensive experience in project management, working on diverse projects in banking and pharmaceutical companies. I have successfully led projects involving the implementation of new digital platforms, automation of processes, and regulatory-driven initiatives. I have a track record of effectively managing teams, analyzing requirements, and delivering projects that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • My biggest project challenge
One of my recent major challenges was leading the transformation of a German pharmaceutical company. This involved conducting assessments, value stream mapping, and providing recommendations for improvement. Currently, I am facing the challenge of setting up teams and delivering a Proof of Concept for core banking integration in Balkan banks. Managing a diverse team across multiple countries, my focus is on ensuring successful implementation and reuse of the integration layer across other Balkan countries.
