Michał Śreniawa-Pisarski

I am an Agile practitioner with over 15 years of working experience in product and project management. I have introduced Agile ways of working across the banking sector in Eastern Europe, the Baltic, and Nordic countries. I have trained hundreds of people and supported dozens of PI Planning events.

  • My experience in running projects
I specialize in managing complex software development projects and programs, implementing and optimizing IT processes, with a proven track record in the telecommunication, airline, and financial sectors. Being part of many teams and contributing to a variety of projects in various roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Coach has provided me with invaluable expertise.
  • What kind of Trainer am I?
I am a Trainer, Lecturer, but first of all Lean-Agile Transformation Leader. I hold a Master's degree in both Electronics & Telecommunication and Management & Marketing, which provides an excellent combination of technical and business acumen. Additionally, I have an MBA in Strategy Programme and Project Management. On one hand, as a certified SAFe Program Consultant and Release Train Engineer, I am qualified to teach and examine for all Scaled Agile Framework training courses. On the other hand, I also hold well-known PMP (Project Management Professional) and ITIL Expert certificates that are widely recognized in the market.
  • My biggest project challenge
My passion lies in building and coaching high-performing teams capable of leading IT transformations, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction by maximizing business value. Saying that in some situation when immediate results are expected or project is in crisis my passion can be a challenge. How to still stay content natural, give space teammates for learning and coaching on problem solving instead of stepping in and mentoring or even driving an issue?
