Tomasz has been involved in software product development for 20 years. His analytical competence led him into the project management domain and deeper into agile practices and lean approach in sustainable value delivery. Has served a role of agile expert in the banking landscape since 2012, mentoring on effective ways of work in dozens of projects. Currently leads Service Delivery capability in a Deloitte IT Consulting practice.
Having Long-term experience as SPC, has been setting up, launching and directly supporting a number of programmes in transformation. Recent assignment of Tomasz includes:
- work for top scandinavian bank in a role of Chief Agile Coach in credit risk portfolio,
- Project Lead & Agile Coach for Agile Adoption Programme in global financial services corporation,
- Agile Coach in Research department of European pharmaceutical company.
During the last 5 years, in parallel to Execution Leadership Agile & Lean coaching and mentoring, he has trained a couple hundred professionals worldwide in SAFe, Lean and Agile PM skills, tools and techniques. He led over 60 certified SAFe trainings in Europe and US; run different agile@scale workshops on IT conferences on postgraduate studies.
