PM Cruise – Leadership

Training description

Great leader may help the team turn the tide in two main ways: ad-hoc by stepping up when they need him/her the most and long term by building the culture, structure and trust. How to become the leader for others that you would like to have had (or maybe had)? What are the pitfalls and most challenging situations and more importantly – how to address them? What changes when you become leader of the leaders? Workshop exploring the best and the worst of the leadership – based on mix of experience and research.
