I have written first in Poland and one of the first in the world doctoral thesis about Software Assets Management.

Privately interested in Software Assets Management, licensing audits and consulting services, Poland-wide recognized and highly valued expert in licensing of Microsoft’s product. Author of many articles, webcast and speeches in this area.

Having passion about sport (squash, biking) and photography.

I started working in projects about 20 years ago. Initially as a team member, then as a system engineer, consultant and implementation engineer. Then, as a Project Manager, I led international projects implemented in various sectors: banking, energy, public sector, and others. I co-created the Project Management Office, coordinating the work carried out in several hundred projects with a total budget of over several hundred million PLN, conducted by several dozen Project Managers. As a team leader, I coordinated the work of several dozen analysts managing requirements in projects implemented in the classic (PMI, PRINCE2) and agile (Agile, SAFe) approach. I co-created and implemented internal project and requirements management standards in complex organizations. Through my many years of experience in project management, I have gained the skills necessary to effectively plan, monitor and implement projects of various scope and scale. Operating in a dynamic environment, I was able to adapt to different methodologies and approaches, as well as cooperate with different stakeholders.
I share practical knowledge and talk about experiences that I have gained myself. I encourage listeners to do the same. I want every training I run to be useful first and then fun. I encourage discussion, asking questions and questioning the status quo. I conduct training based on exercises, practical tasks, and case studies. Respect for each participant is the basis of my cooperation.
